Morteza Nejati is a senior researcher at the department of Earth Sciences, ETH Zurich. He was a member of the Grimsel team from 2016 until 2018, where he conducted research on the fracture growth of anisotropic Grimsel Granite. Morteza has been a member of the Bedretto team since 2019, with his main responsibility being the co-ordination and management of laboratory measurements on Bedretto core material. His main research interest is rock fracture mechanics.
